Our Service & Commitment
 
Unfortunately, movie titles are not always available new as they often go out of print or are temporarily deleted. When this is the case, All About Movies offers an "out of print" service that successfully unites many customers with their rare titles.
All About Movies will always try to supply you with new product if it is possible. But when titles go out of print or they have only ever been released once for rental, we utilize our secondhand "out of print" service. This service delivers guaranteed secondhand titles as quickly as possible and no one looks harder than we do when it comes to searching for movies.
 
Our Prices
 
As some titles are scarcer than others, not all titles are of equal value. Listed below is an approximate breakdown of costs involved in searching for a film. The prices below include the cost of us searching Australia wide, the cost of the film, a new case and GST (goods and services tax). All DVD's and Videos are cleaned to ensure the best possible quality.
 
Standard Fee for a DVD search (this includes the cost of the DVD) $55.00
 
Standard Fee for a Video search (this includes the cost of the Video) $55.00
 
Should there be any difference in the above price guideline, we will e-mail you prior to commencing the search. Your credit card will NOT be billed until the film is found. Although this rarely happens, if after 12 months your film has not been located we will contact you to see if you wish to continue.
 
Our Guarantee
 
Our guarantee to you is to supply secondhand movies that do not have the following faults:
 
1. The picture is rolling on a regular basis.
2. The picture has "snow" on the screen preventing it from being viewed.
3. The picture has lines going through the screen on a regular basis.
4. The picture has no sound.
5. The picture freezes (in the case of a DVD) and does not correct itself.
 
Our returns and cancellation policy
 
Our returns policy is simple. Within 7 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any goods that are faulty (see above criteria) but you must contact customer service first for authorisation. Once the movie has been previewed a refund or re-order is offered. Please note we can only process returns or refunds only for items purchased from All About Movies.
 
To cancel an order for a second hand product search, the customer must contact customer service and bring this request to their attention.Cancellations are permitted as long as the item has not already been found and despatched or as long as the customer has not been contacted to arrange the balance of payment.

To cancel an order for a new product, the customer must contact customer service and draw this request to their attention. If the order has not been placed with the distributor then a cancellation is permitted. If however the distributor has our order then cancellations cannot be accepted.
