To find out when you can approximately expect to get your order, you need to consider the availability of the item you ordered (is it out of print and requires a search or does it have a dollar figure next to it and thus we can order it in) and the shipping time (we order once a week for all DVD's that are available new). Please read our shipping policy for more on costs and time estimates.

 

 

5. Our returns policy is simple. Within 7 days of the receipt of your order, you may return any goods that are faulty and obtain a full refund. Please note we can only process returns and refunds only for items purchased from AllAboutMovies.com.au. To initiate a return the first step is to contact our customer service department.

To cancel an order for a second hand product search, the customer must contact customer service and bring this request to their attention.Cancellations are only permitted as long as the item has not already been found and despatched  or as long as the customer has not been contacted to arrange the balance of payment.

To cancel an order for a new product ie. DVD, the customer must contact customer service and draw this request to their attention. If the order has not been placed with the distributor then a cancellation is permitted. If however the distributor has our order then cancellations cannot be accepted.

9. Once you commit your details and your purchases, the order is immediately saved on our secure server ready for processing. Both Domestic and International orders will have the credit card details debited within 24 - 48 hrs for all new product that comes with a dollar figure. If there are problems processing your credit card we will contact you via the phone details you supply or via e-mail. Once the payment has been authorised normal shipment times apply.

All domestic orders for DVDs or videos that are "searches/ trackdowns" will not be billed on your credit card until the movie is located. International orders for DVDs or videos that are "searches/ trackdowns" will however have a AU$20.00 deposit taken from the card details when they are provided.When this has been successfully done the search will commence.The balance owing will not be charged to your card until the film is located.
